    Absinthe’s Neverland Tour hits NYC

Last minute stop @ NYC … should be good !

The boys from Absinthe, with a little help from their friends and snowboarding family, will criss-cross the US and Canada screening the new project by Justin Hostynek, Patrick Armbruster & company.

The SOI tour takes an environmentally responsible approach to bringing the anticipation of winter to art house theaters around the globe.

Absinthe will tour North America and Europe to spread awareness of environmental and social issues important to all snowboarders. Everyone is asked to do their part to reduce our carbon footprint and help the cause by using alternate transport to these events- walk, bike, skate, hop the train or carpool- it matters to us all.

    Date:
    Tuesday, 01 December 2009

    Time:
    07:30 – 23:30

    Location:
    NYC | Home Sweet Home
131 Christie Street [ between Broome and Delancy ]
    New York, NY

Luck favors the prepared. When the perfect conditions finally materialize will you be ready to elevate your riding to the next level? Absinthe Films spent the winter exploring various states of preparedness. Keeping it fresh with diversity and an infusion of new blood: Kevin Pearce, Jeremy Jones, Scotty Lago, Cale Zima and Keegan Valaika joined GigiRüf, Wolfgang Nyvelt, Romain de Marchi, Mikey LeBlanc and Nicolas Müller to concoct another Absinthe Films original. In a world where the digital format has taken over the industry Absinthe remains committed to documenting these amazing riders with the most timeless, and stylish medium. Film. Following up to last year’s question, Optimistic?, Absinthe answers with a crew of riders who overcome obstacles with spontaneity and skill in another full spectrum snowboard film that is down to have some more fun with snowboarding. @ Joshua !

We are set to launch the site in mid October! It’s coming together and am super stoked!

Unfortunately you guys are skipping NYC so unless one of us is gonna be in one of the other states you’ll be touring in, we’ll have to make due with the video, but we love parties, so we might have our own while watching it!

like I said, bummed out that you skipped NYC… [and with me a lot of other people are as well :( ]

Yeah, Ken..Inc was working on getting it here but it was a no go. Nobody likes NYC and after last nights grenade “film premiere” that never showed a freakin film, i understand why. lol

      Ha!

Yeah I know! I heard about that premiere, that really sucked!

Ken inc is a friend of mine, but I think he is changing his board for a camera this year… he needs a little wake up call! Ha!
